Zo slovenských festivalov sa do finálových dvanástok dostali Grape Festival v kategórii Best Small European Festival, Festival Bažant Pohoda v kategórii Best Medium-Sized European Festival a Waves Bratislava v kategórii Best Indoor Festival.

Celkovým víťazom, a teda cenu Best major festival, získal festival Sziget festival. Kapela Arctic Monkeys sa stala najlepším headlinerom.
